SFNO HRLM comparison

hahah I was just thinking about this the other day when I was fondling my HRLM and wishing I had aSFNO..

Well, truth be told, the only reason that you don't see more marks on my HRLM as well is that I have 6 (?) variations of Howlers now and there are only so many hours in a day. :foot:

Thanks for the pics OTE. That's exactly how I thought they would look. Basically all the HRLM is missing is the front talon hole and the skull crusher configuration. Otherwise it's pretty much a mirror image, just smaller. No wonder the HRLM is so highly regarded. I love mine, I can tell you that.

That just kills me when I read stuff like that. So spend Twenty minutes and write another program.
Its done everyday all over the world. Tell me what machine its for and I'll look for a post from Mastercam.

Yeah, I've never quite understood that story, either. Even if they can't write the program, aren't there devices that can trace a surface and generate the new code?

If you are surprised that people love their HRLM then try this. Pull out your BAIII and notice the similarities. Its a poor mans BAIII. What this says to me is that people (meaning me!) want Jerry to can the tac handle and go back to the BAIII, Groovemaster, Buffalo Soldier handle, whatever it was called and make the next 4-5 inch blade with that older style. Offer a grip without a skull crusher. Never crushed a skull, don't want to. Put the rope style micarta on it and lets go. The TAC handle is not particulary well liked. I like it ok with mags but I would prefer the old badger or the HRLM shape better. No more tac grips for me, thank you.
