SG2 Leek

The handle would be steel not titanium. For $99, we're not quite that effecient.

I wonder if another pattern might be better. A Groove....hmm, maybe without stiations?

A Groove without striations and SG2 steel......now your talking Thomas. Maybe this could be the blade forums special ???:D

I think the striations are what make the Groove so interesting.

I like the idea of the SG2 Groove, but keep the striations if cost effective.

maybe if blade of the groove do laminated (like blur's blade), it will be easier to keep the striations?

Thomas, is the SG2 you have already laminated?
I think that the striations would look cool in the lamination line.

I haven't gotten a groove yet, SG2 would probably seal the deal.

I would think SG2 steel is more suitable for smaller blades, it would be cool in the Groove but I really want to EDC SG2 blade in a Leek.

i still think 3" is the best size so more people can carry one-

and what about a special bfk- made with the wire electrical discharge like these

i see a mini mojo-is that what you meant

or maybe a Kershaw Centofante-

Yup, exactly what I meant. They changed the name to Mojito though. Still trying to get used to calling it that. I just think that the Mojo/Mojito has the best safety and lock of Kershaw's smaller knives.

I agree, the Centofante-Onion would be another good pick.

Since I’m looking for a Groove anyway, an SG2 version would put it up to must have status.
I might prefer it without the blade decorations just to keep it a performance cutter.

Once again Thomas I have to say you’ve been doing a great job keeping the high end steel rolling.
Keep it up.

How about for a SG2 Leek you do a frame lock lock-side scale and a G-10 scale with liner on the other side.

The SG-2 BLur is on my "buy" list (as in bye bye $$$), this knife would likely be on the list as well. I may have missed it somewhere, would this be a titanium frame? I would definitely prefer a framelock, but some sort of special scale treatment, texturing, or engraving would be nice- simple, yet distinguishable.

I would buy one for sure but I would prefer an A/o Leek to a folding Groove as I collect assisted opening knives........

Since the NRGs are coming soon, how about a first production run of NRGs with SG2? Ooh, that'd be nice!

I like the Mini Mojo idea too, but the NRG is nice!

Dammit man,

Do it, do it, do it. I am going to go broke. Please start selling Leek interchangeable blade kits! If people can assemble computers, furniture, grills, ect from manufacturers instructions they can handle switching out blades on a AO system. Time to break into even more new frontiers on folders! I will confess to being selfish as I cannot afford to get all the variations of steel in the current Leek line, but I would find a way to spring for blade kits to EDC the different steels.
You guys are the front runners, no question about it:D .
