This is a very strange topic of conversation to have. For one thing, if you look at Spectre's avatar, you see an 'old' version of the man. He's got the shades and the 'tude'. Last few years he's admitted to himself he's a real nice guy. I don't know if that changed the status of his then notorious friends or not. You may no longer be 'infamous'. Or, you could be worse, much worse.
All I know is that if I were a waiting Soul under God's own hand, and he was passing out the prospective parents and names (as the Mormons believe- I always liked that.) I'd go for a handle like, Byron Quick, well, quickly; before someonelse got dibbs.
There's a whole lot of folks out there named Ferdinand or Smith.
