This is my modern sgian dubh design, done a bit slimmer.

Blade is 1080 steel, 3.75 inches long, 1/8 inch thick with a double edged convex grind. Breadth is 1 15/32 (1 1/2 shy) near the scales.

Overall length is 8.5 inches.

This one has no handle hump for a palm rest, and is 1/2 inch thick through the handle, with a max breadth near the butt of 1 inch.

Scales are black G10 with black and white spacers.

Sheaths are:

slip cover, friction hold, 'sock sheath'. This is for kilt wear, though I fit mine down in my Redwing boots and can carry it without concern or notice for hours. Single seam, very slim, double needle hand stitched.

Patriot model, snap and strap retention sheath. Belt hanger through external strap provides for vertical carry. Horizontal carry or mounting on gear/packs with straps, cord, or molle clips provided via the external horizontal strap. All double seamed and double needle hand stitched.

Getting towards the end of the Koyote Girl sheaths, she's got just over a month until boot camp.

Asking $175 for this one,SOLD

Very cool. The spacers are a nice touch and set this one apart. I use the 'sock sheath' with my Sgian Dubh more than anything--the wet forming KG does makes the sock sheath very secure.

Someone better jump on this quickly....

The leather is almost the price of admission.
These are a good carry and very useful pieces.
