Hi Folks
Here is the second of the new design Sgian Dubh 'Kilbeg'... here is the stainless version with red liners...
A modern version of the traditional Scottish Sgian Dubh - the 'Kilbeg'. This curvaceous wee knife has been crafted with a full tang where the steel in the handle forms the profile. The blade is in N690 stainless steel with a satin finish. It has a Bog Oak (between 2000 and 5000 years old) handle with fibre liners and brass pins. The sheath is also 100% handmade in-house with saddle stitching and some toolwork.
This Sgian Dubh make use of high quality materials sourced from around the world and is hand crafted with a superb fit and finish. It is completely functional (sharp!) and built to last. If looked after, it will easily provide a lifetime of use and you'll be able to proudly pass it on for future generations to enjoy.

- Blade length: 98mm (3.85")
- Overall length: 205mm (7.9")
- Weight without sheath: 144g (5.2oz)
- Weight with sheath: 170g (6oz)
- Handle material: Bog Oak with vulcanized fibre liner

- Full tang design that comes with a custom fitted leather sheath as seen.
