Hello All: I have been a member for awhile but mostly reading and learning. I am posting now because I am looking for a Sgt. Khadka (or two) and Yangdu as emailed that they do not have any in stock. Would any of you know if there any available from members?

You never know, but owners rarely let go of those. We're not supposed to deal on these pages, but perhaps some reader will write you privately. There is a buy sale forum and you could post your desire there.

Email Yangdu once in a while...or when you see that some Sgt Khadkas are coming up on the DOTD......email her, she might have just got the blade for you.

Wait...I do not have a Sgt Khadkas yet. Have to get one. :)

Pull a chair up and visit awhile with the Cantina. You're welcome to eat out of the chip bowl next to Nasty on the corner table. Watch out for the salsa.

Steve, I have not recieved any email from you, are you going to yell at me? I am a very sensitive person, and only collect all these knives to offset my shy and withdrawn inner self.
 
Not too much yelling around here...Sometimes Nasty and Semper fi and some of those kind of guys get a little loud in the back room.

It is difficult for me to even imagine Steve Ferguson yelling at anyone. Well, maybe at Simon ;)
Bill Marsh, is another angel, but he's a bit more edgy than Steve.
Now if you want to get yelled at, jimmyjohn or spectre are the ones to poke at.
 
I will do my best to stay on the good side of jimmyjohn and spectre and keep up my "Saintly" image.

The Sgt is quickly becoming my favorite kami Sogguy. Check out Kumar too. He is probably the maker of your Seax. I love mine. Careful with that sheath though. It is dangerous to you and the knife too.
 
Andy, thanks for the info about Sgt and the scabbard, I will most probably be talking to you about a replacement. Did you get the drawing (such as it was)?
 
I've been a rabid HI buyer lately and I am delighted with their work. I've think I've really gone over to this type of blade. I have my eyes open for a Seax & Sgt Khadka as well.

Welcome. I now have 12 khuks, one is a chitlangi I bought from Steve that has no handle. So I'll be doing one of those soon. Right now I'm focused on my dad's present GRS (18").

Sogguy, I got your drawing. I hadn't been considering doing sheaths for others as I still feel clumsiness in my work. My stitches aren't right yet, for example. I've got lots of grinding to get to also. Sarge says sometimes that he doesn't want to turn his hobby into his job. There is wisdom there. I'm just not sure I'm ready to start taking sheath orders yet. I'll let you know though and I appreciate the vote of confidence.
