I must comment on something that is a bit unusual in most casual conversation. Namely, using last names with out a title, eg. Mr, Dr, Mrs etc...
It is a sign of respect and common courtesy in professional communication to refer to someone by their last name when you don't know them. If you know them it's common to use their full name with out the title. Cliff (I use his first name not because I know him, unfortunatly I have not had the pleasure yet, but because he is involved in this thread) was not being disrespectful in refering to McClung the way he did, IMO.
I don't know why this is but it sure eliminates a great deal of confusion.
