SH e is up for sale!

I can feel my resolve weakening on this - the SH-e has always been one of the most appealing Busse models, for me (after the AK47, which was the first one to make me drool). I may have to sell my 1/4" Ratweiler to feel right about it, though...which might be an easier thing to contemplate if I had it.
This would be my first Busse with Infi...I suppose I could create a reasonable argument around that.

Duuuuuuuuude. This is a fantastic upgrade from your RAT. You will NEVER regret it.

It is the ORIGINAL "Logo Blade" for a reason!

Any ideas if one blade finish/color is esier to strip than another ?
Which color comes off esiest ?

^Maybe you're right Tom... or maybe I'm just full of it... Two weeks left... SHe better look out... I feel a BM coming down the pipes...

Did anyone else not get a confirmation email? I got a confirmation #10351 but usually I get an email too. I guess I'm a follower inadvertently too, I got Sage with Tan/Black G10. I'm usually a micarta guy but at that price couldn't pass on G10.

Damnit...I'm in! Just cancelled my battle grade AK order for this. Loving the looks of the handle.

Black and tan micarta for me unless i can happen to get a special request fulfilled. She'll surely become a stripper once we've had time together ;-)

Was really wanting another piece of midsized INFI in my life...this looks like it'll be pretty great!

All my strippers have been black, but I would be very surprised if color affects strippability. The quality/durability of the coating should be independent of the color. If I get one of these, it will be in Tanker Gray, for a slightly better color match to the black micarta scales. But, seriously, it's a user with a ghetto satin, who cares?

There was a thread a while back saying that tanker gray was a PITA to strip. Seems the bronze coating wore off very easy. Don't know why but it does seem the color has something to do with it.

Yes, when I stripped my HG55 it had two different layers of coating, not camo mind you, tanker gray over urban gray, and it was almost impossible to remove with kleenstrip or citrustrip. After about 6 hours I switched to sanding it off... no problem. Black and arctic white were easy to remove and sage is halfway between. Muddy was pretty easy too. I have not tried stripping green. I suspect the ceramic zombie green ones will be interesting and I do have a rodent trail I am tempted to try it on, so maybe when it gets warmer I'll try it.

Dang it ! After reading this now I'm wishing I got tanker gray if it's that tough. Good to know for the future orders.
