Time to start hitting the trails a lot more, so I was going through my pack. I really like how the REI dividends come right before spring :) So I picked up a couple small things. I grabbed another LMF steel, some LMF maya dust, some Aloksaks and a couple other things. Also recently got this Gossman PSK too.

I switched my survival kit and first aid kit from bulky containers to the Aloksaks, these are really great little bags.

And of course I had to try the maya dust and the Gossman too. This stuff is awesome! I only put a small pile of it down and it burned over a minute.

Tknife,

I like the set-up. I've done the same with my gear, I packed it in separate alosak or zip-loc bags within my pack. Dry and organized is good.

sweet T, I like the minimalst nature of your gear, thats what I've been doing. Cutting down every where, nice not to be packing more than 5 pounds.

Shane, the blade is about 2" long and 1" wide (give or take) 1/8th thick.

I wish my gear was that minimalist but I carry more than that :o I keep the same stuff in my pack whether I'm doing a quick 2 hour hike or an all day one, only difference is carrying more water and food.

Cool set up T,yeah the maya dust is sweet and I love those aloksak .
Great lil' knife...Thanks for sharing

Good stuff T  I really want to pick up a few alosaks to replace the regular heavy duty ziplocs I've been using.
