This is one of two "Krazor" flippers in existence built by Shane Atwood. It is a very unique knife with a cool "outer space" vibe to it, in my opinion. It has a strong detent and fires very hard, the blade slamming out with authority. The knife was auctioned off on USN by Shane back in January of this year, and I purchased it from the second owner on another forum. The knife has purportedly been carried once by the original owner, and it has some very minute swirls in the high-polish finish on the titanium front (non-lock side) scale. I rate the knife at 97% due to these minor handling marks.
Here is Shane's own description of the knife, with specs:
"So here it is the Krazor Prototype. This one has titanium frames, ti standoff's, ti clip, ti lock bar stabilizer, ti screws, ceramic bearings, ceramic detent ball. Super smooth & super fast! Blade is CPM154 with satin belt finished bevels, hand rubbed flats. Blade length is a hair over 3 3/4", blade thickness is .160", closed length 4 7/8", open length is 8 5/8", & weighs 4.9oz. Titanium frames are .130 thick with hand rubbed finish. No maker mark on the blade, instead I ingraved Shane P. Atwood Proto on the inside of the frame. This is my first knife for 2014."
The price is $700 shipped. I will cover PayPal fees. Please feel free to shoot me a PM with any questions, and I will respond promptly.
This is the most difficult knife I have ever photographed, because the finish is highly reflective. I tried to take a lot of close ups. Here is the result of two separate photoshoots:
