Dinner me this,
dinner me that,
dinner time now for a big fluffy cat.

The cat owning knife maker, has dinner tonight,
While the cat tries to steal it, and start up a fight.

The cat thought to itself, "I'll just have some fun,
I'll take his best food, then jump down and I'll run."

And the knife maker has chased it, all over the house,
Saying, "why did you take that, if you have a dead mouse!"

Great poem!
Ironically, it described a scene i witnessed.
At a dinner with friends, their son was in the middle of a story, waving a pork chop as a prop.
Po, the cross eyed Siamese, jumped on the table, snagged the chop, climbed the curtains and crouched on the rod with his prey.
It happened so fast! The table blew up in laughter!
Po got to keep the chop.

Porsha and Beast...can you guess which is which?

Forgot to mention it here, and sorry to be a downer, but on Fri 1/13 (figures) we lost our girl Porscha. Our boy Beast has diabetes and a UTI, and we were so focused on taking care of him that we didn't realize she was having issues too until it was too late. She was only 11.:(

I'm so sorry for your loss.

Visited my with brothers while I was in town waiting for my bike repair to be completed. Met Matt downtown and then we walked over to Jon's for lunch and a board game session. And here are Jon's kitties Bishop:

And Ripley:

They both lived with me about five and a half years ago for about a year when Jon was in a living arrangement that didn't allow pets. I've missed them.

New stray/feral friend. Was coming around here and there for a couple months, and then more frequently in the last few weeks. So we started putting out more food (there's a couple other ferals we feed) and he/she quickly became pretty friendly. Left ear is clipped, so should already be fixed.
