Had work done on a couple of custom knives and an very impressed with the quality of custom service, not to mention the quality of work.
Marisa and Mick responded promptly, weekdays or weekends, were extremely helpful, work was done quickly and shipped back to me for free.
The only other shop I had similar experience with was Grayman Knives.
I'll send pics of a recent custom SNG Mick modified for me soon
 
I too had what I consider to be great customer service dealing with Josh on a non custom piece. Am impressed with the interaction.
