Hey guys, got a Sharp by Design custom Typhoon from Brian's first run today. I am only the second owner, with the first keeping it as a safe queen. Because of this, edge is still very sharp, and the anodization has no flaws to my eye. Action is very smooth with a great detent as usual from Brian. The knife falls shut with a small tug and is very satisfying. The only drawback is that I find the edge to be somewhat close to the frame of the handle just below the flipper tab. Beyond this 0.25" span, I don't find this to be problematic even when pressing down very firmly with my thumb.
I am asking $550 for this knife, well below what one would pay for them new (800), and as many of you know this model will not be made again.
