Larger than the Old Timer Sharp Finger and a little more thumb rest which I like to believe is an improvement on that classic design
52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my Evenheat furnace to Rc58-60 with attention to a fine grain stucture
Flat grind finshed with a 400 grit belt followed with a cork belt
Stabilized walnut handle with Micarta spacers
Overall length: 8 1/2 inches
Blade: 4 1/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry

Very cool knife, Gerry. I have another version you made a few years back, and it is fun to compare the two. My slightly older version uses the color and texture from forging for dramatic contrast. These two very different knives, both I find extremely appealing, are a swell example of your versatility. Well done!
