Sharp knife or sharp scissors?

I believe in the old "horses for courses" rule. Of course I often break it. Last week, I decided to harvest a few jalapeno peppers. Instead of walking about 12 feet to pick up the scissors, I used my Gayle Bradley folder.

I've had a Band Aid on my finger since then.
