Sharpening a pocket SAK

I was offered a Victorinox minichamp but the blades seem a bit dull. What is the best way to sharpen both the normal blade as well as the letter opener blade (the blade is slightly curved inwards)? Thanks.

Get a Spyderco Sharpmaker. It'll sharpen just about anything you will need it to and comes with an instructional DVD. You will be able to shave with your SAK within 10 minutes.
