My Boker Delta knife has become dull. Does anyone know how to sharpen ceramic blades? Is this something I should try myself or would I be better off sending it back for a factory sharpening?
You can sharpen them on most abrasives, it takes a while though because they are very difficult to grind. They tend to chip apart on coarse finishes so you will likely need to raise them to a fine polish for them to cut well.
