Sharpening Convex Edges

How does one sharpen convex edges? I usually use my EdgePro, can I use that on these convex edges?

Or just strop it a few passes everytime you use it and you'll always be good.

I use a leather strop for mine. Super easy if you have the edge nice and convexed.
Super simple to do. I have never used a stone or slack belt sander. just sandpaper/mouse pad, and leather strop.
