• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

When I sharpen my knives I get them nice and razor sharp, that isn't the issue. My problem is that whether I'm using a bench stone or my Lansky Kit I can't help but scratch the knife a lot. No matter how slow and careful I am, the result is the same. This is a big pain in the ass considering I just spent an hour putting a stonewash finish on my Minimalist, only to scratch it to hell and back. If anyone has had this issue and found a solution, advice would be great.

Blue painter's tape is a sharpeners best friend. Well, at least near stone leveling glass. ;)

Like I told HwangJino, I feel like such an idiot for not thinking of that sooner lol. Thanks a lot.
