So this is my knife I use to practice to sharpen to figure out how it works. Well after getting it okay-sharp i looked at the tip and found i have not been setting my angles the same. my question is, what would be the best way to get this back to the same angle? Sharpen the side that seems to be sharpened at a higher degree to a lower degree to match the other or sharpen the side that seemed to be sharpened at a lower degree until it has a higher degree angle again to match the other side? Thank you for your opinions! Also, feel free to give any advice as well.

Bring the higher angle down to match the lower.

it's impossible to do the opposite without reprofiling both sides.

Also, is that picture looking at the back of the blade? interesting shape..
