Sharpening Rod for One Piece Knife?

Where can I find a good ceramic sharpening rod that will fit nicely in a Mountaineer 2 handle? Does anything that small exist?

I think a Dremel tool would work great with a little cutter wheel maybe

just smack it to a sharp table edge, it will break cleanly in two pieces.
