Would anyone happen to know if ApostleP (Rob) still renders sharpening and "spa treatment" services, in connection with knives.

If so, what would be the best way to contact him, in terms of the highest likelihood of receiving a reply, as soon as possible.

I have a large amount of business to send his way, if indeed, he still renders these services.

I have watched every one of his youtube videos and he is the real deal when it comes to knife care and sharpening.And if you watch his videos you will see that he is a really nice guy who will show you exactly how he sharpens and teach you how to maintain the edge so you only have to send it to him every so often.
