• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Sharpening stone

I have several blacks and 1 translucent. Only one of the blacks I have is close to being as fine as the translucent.
Use to buy scrap pieces at curio shops for 25-50 cents apiece.
Mine are mainly used for trigger work and sharpening razor blades.

In my opinion it'd be better to not buy any Arkansas stone as they're outdated and have several flaws easily overcome by synthetics.

the black or yellow translucent is the finst grade surgical black is close. as far as outdated no they aren't, I would take a nat over a syn any day of the week.
