sharpening system recomendation

Well, here's a bit of reference for you:

That is actually one I made up for belts, hence why the diameter only goes up to 5", but it'll give you a feel for how wheel size and shaft speed relate. The number it cranks out is surface feet per minute, either in feet of belt going past, or feet of wheel circumference going past.
 
Well, went and updated the sheet a bit so it works better with the paper wheels. The number is again surface feet per minute going past the blade.

I can easily alter this to work with any given diameter and shaft speed, if it's not on here already.
