Sharpening the 0551 and 0560 using Sharpmaker?

I use the 30 degree on my 0560 and only give it a few swipes at 40 degrees to take off the burr. I follow that up by stropping on some leather loaded up with Flitz.

I do this on my 560, 300 and 200.

I never use my Sharpmaker anymore. I Did this with DMT stones and pastes

Just used the Wicked Edge to sharpen both my 0550 and 0560 ... set it to 20 degs...which seemed to match the factory angle. No issues sharpening the ELMAX .... seems to hold an edge well. Really happy with Wicked Edge...

Might want to check GP knives to see if they have any 0560 in stock.
