I am not sure so don't trust me too much on this but I bet you need diamond hones... Can't think of anything else harder than ceramic besides diamond!

That address is only for ceramic knives.
We do not offer a sharpening service for any other knives.
If you do not wish to do it yourself, we recommend a local cutlery store with a sharpening service.

you cannot sharpen it yourself, it takes special grinding equipment.
