These knives are scary sharp,and hold their edge.

The knife arrived today. I am so impressed. I am going to order some more from you in the future! The handle is so comfortable, and the 1095 takes a wicked sharp edge easily. I'm going to go and try it on a rabbit soon! It'll be wascally wabbit season soon.
