Sharpmaker 203 vs 204 Differences?

What are the differences between the Spyderco Sharpmaker 203 and 204. A friend of mine has a 203 that he is willing to sell me at a reasonable price. Is it worth holding out for a 204? Was the 204 that much of an upgrade? Comments appreciated.
 
I believe the only modification to the 204 was the addition of the 30degree angle, so the 204 has both 30 and 40 degree angles, while the 203 has only the 40.

The 204 also has 2 grooves on the bottom of the base, where two of the hones can be placed to form a bench stone. The 203 lacks this feature. Also, the base of the 204 is larger, which makes it a little more stable than the smaller 203 base.
