Hi all,
My Sharpmaker DVD won't work in either my computer or my DVD player and I need to know how to sharpen my SE Saver Salt serrations. Can anyone help? I'm sure there have been tons of posts on this, but since I'm only a registered user, I can't search them. Can you help please?
Thanks,
Gray

I reckon DVDs are "coded" in a way that they only work in certain regions of the world... If you are outside of the USA, you may have to program your player to be able to play it.. it is not too hard... done it before.. you just have to look up the make and model of your player on the web and enter in some codes into your remote... if you ARE in the usa and it does not work, I imagine all you have to do is call up Spyderco customer service and they will mail you another one...

OTHERWISE, you can surely find ALL KINDS of videos on YouTube if you just search "Spyderco Sharpmaker"

..hope it works out for ya!

I had the DVD sitting here, so I ran it through an old Nero utility and came up with this info. The DVD looks like it's ALL regions so that shouldn't be a problem. Assuming your player can handle NTSC, the disc is probably just bad.
