sharpmaker dvd

I just purchased a Sharpmaker but it came with a PAL video that I can't play in my VCR. I would like to get the latest DVD. What is the quickest/easiest way to do so? (I live in Korea.).

The DVD sells for roughly $8, maybe less from many e-retailers (such as Newgraham) or you could order it from Spyderco.com. But I believe spyderco only uses UPS, which might be pricey for out of the country.

And just recently they switched to using DHL for shipping.
