sharpmaker/new stone

I heard there is a new stone (more abrasive) coming out for the sharpmaker that will enable easier(quicker) sharpening on the Sebbies if they have become dull. Any info out there about this?
 
Might want to ask the question in the Spyderco Forum. May even get a response from Sal. . .

Exactly what I'd like to know. The ever increasing number of knives I have in D2 would be so much easier to sharpen with the diamonds. As it is, I have to switch from a smaller diamond rig and then over to the 204 to finish up. It'd just be so much easier to stay with the one sharpener.

Will there be a "fine" or "extra fine" set of diamond rods? Please?

Neither thread is drawing any attention over there. I did search the forum and found a response from Sal suggesting that they would be available early this year.
