I was carrying my sharpmaker to a table to do some sharpening when the lid unsnapped and the white rod plummited to their death. Where is the cheapest place for replacements?

Yes and use a good old belt to grind off the sharp edges on the broken ends. Those smaller pieces are handy in the fishing tackle box or center console of your car for easy access to a sharpener in places you may need one.

I've broken some on purpose just for this reason.

couldn't find 204f at NGK......so i will gring the pieces ends flat on the one accordind to STR, already ordered 2 new ones from thebladeshop(the chip in the other rod irritates me), and i figured while i was at it i might as well get a tenacious since shipping was the same:D

STR i like your style. I have a bunch of *broken* triangles for just such a purpose of having one everywhere i go

In case you need more in the future, all of the different rods are available under the Spyderco brand on the left side including diamond, and ultra fine.

Fine white rod
