Sharpness out of the box

i recently bought a Boker two blade trapper that was very sharp out of the box. Being the first Boker traditional I have purchased, I was very impressed with the f&f as well as the sharpness.

I bought three GEC's....none were sharp. I am not likely to buy another from them. All of my Case knives were very sharp...both SS and CV...out of the box.
