Sharpness

Is there another method of testing knife sharpness other than shaving my arm? I know I could use my legs, but that just getting crazy

Thanks, right now I just dumped the old stuff on it with a couple of new articles. I have a lot planned, just am really busy. I also started a forum which reflects where I want the site to go. People are also working on research which will go up there shortly and the research group is going to finally be getting some cutlery soon.
