A couple of years ago I got bitten by the wet shaving bug. I went to the PX and they wanted a ton of money for a Mach 3 blades and they also had double edge blades for a song so I did some research on Badgerandblade.com and ended up buying several different razors and a variety of blades.
I started with a Weishi, a chinese knock off. Not a bad razor with the right blade. It is a good starter razor. I gave several of them to friends at Christmas and got no complaints.
After that I moved on to vintage Gillettes from ebay. The adjustable aspect is very cool. From there I tried the Merkurs which are fine razors but I’ve decided that shaving with the Gillette Fat Boy adjustable is the way to go for me so I am going to “unload” some of the other razors and other accessories I have.
