• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Not really wilderness, more nature pics... I packed up all 400 kids and went to the Cape for a couple days...

Mneedham, I'm kind'a working my way through bottle 2 of wine with the wife at the moment. But I must say - this pic below is really resonating with my mood right now man!!!

Cool - you are on a mission with the threads today, and I'm digging it!!!

Pitdog,

Not really 400, just 4, but sometimes feels like a lot! Actually, we are considering adopting a couple more (getting too old to start from scratch!)... We camped at a hotel (just like Bear G.), these pics were taken in a Preserve in Sandwich.. Just had my my trusty SAK Trekker on this walk and some goodies in these belt packs that I found down there:

KGD,

Those Rhoda's resonate with me too, bring back memories of growing-up wild in rural North Carolina!
