This center one is that one that Ducci must have owned for a while and tried to make an SHSH out of it :grumpy:

These are all the current SHBM's I've got minus the one I'm having Ban do a satin job and orange g-10 scales (OJBM :D). That's probably going to be my ultimate go-to ;)

Paul, I see my baby, I miss her so. :grumpy:

That Jungle assault knife must be seen in person to be believed. It is amazing. I have never seen more angles on any Busse knife. Definitely the hardest knife I think Jerry has ever had to make. It is also a full 0.295 inches thick with coating which would make it a solid 0.275 to 0.28 without coating. A true Fatty.

Oh and a huge thanks to Eli for finding this one out for us to enjoy again.

Lovin all these pics, but I was thinkin. The way some of these knives get sold and traded in a circle SHBM could almost stand for SisterHood of the traveling Battle Misstress.:D

HERE's one of those SHBM's I wish I could get back :p I didn't appreciate the grips until I'd tried all the others :(:

It's a sweet knife Dennis! I took some 120 grit carbide paper to it yesterday to get rid of most of the machining marks. I think I might go with a hi polish job on her after playing around with putting a patina on and all :D the knife was black and spotty.....it was cool looking for a while, but I really like a clean knife :p. It's looking better than ever, got a nice grain and after a tad more groove removal, the blade will be cherry. Put a 2000 grit polish on the edge. It's back shaving sharp now! If I ever sell or trade it, it'll be going back to you. OH! Do you still have that D/C SHBM I traded you? :D

Chicken Plucker: They DO move in circles for the most part. I've only sold or traded SHBM's (with the exception of one) to either get more or finance more! Cobalt's gotten quite a few of mine, and I his....also sent 2 or three Tony's way :D I think it's his turn to send one south :) btw.

Dennis, the one that stumps me is that smooth scaled slotted screw SHBM that looks to be polished pretty well by hand? What's the story on that one? Looks sweet!

If it is the third one from the right in this pic? then it is a very early model identical to Lil Foo's hood knife and wasp knife. They were all ground with thicker edges and tips early on.

If I EVER sell one the buyer needs to agree that it comes back to me if they want to sell.

And when I buy one I always ask if the seller may want it back.

But then I only traded one away once :o. and that was for another SHBM

Paul, if you do need to sell it, I definitely want it back. And yes that other one is a keeper. And no the DC is gone.

Funny thing about the circle of knives. They do rotate throughout the same people.

I have really thinned out the herd but what I have left with the exception of some dupes like an extra factory satin, the rest are staying.

Tony, the factory satin I was selling a week ago has the exact same grind lines as the #236. Funny.

Oh I agree with you, just making a little comic observation!:D

Tony here is the factory slotted olt satin that I had up for sale and took down recently when I sold the sharpened clip SHBM first. look at the grind and the circularish pattern, exactly like #236
