Going with leather.
Can't decide on black or brown with this one. First thought was brown but now thinking black.

Not sure on the maker yet. Will depend a lot on price, style and delivery time.

That's a beautiful piece! Can't go wrong finding leather or Kydex around here :)

Green is fine, they make a bunch of green dye.. just not olive green. I have about an ounce of the custom color I blended for some spider freak but I lost the recipe somewhere around the 5th color needed to get there :)

How about doing both black & brown? Two-tone it.

I have been kind of smitten over that combo lately..

I'd do a severe light to dark mottle to compliment that nice light and dark on the handle! That lightning strike that I've been doing would look great with that handle pattern.

EDIT: Hey Chad! You posted while I was writing, love that inlay!

That "Damn Green"! :D ;)

The contrast on that black and tan looks great!

BLACK LEATHER ! That particular nuked V8 is my favorite so far !

Black seems like it would match the handle coloration better, but maybe a dark brown as a 2nd, IMO. I don't think a tan/light brown leather would be great with that one unless doing a combo.

Like that handle a lot.

I'd go with black, or at least primarily black. It would make the steel and that handle pop IMHO.

Is there any way to add a keeper snap to these. I know they would work like an open top holster but I would feel better if it had a keeper strap.

Our sheath is wet molded to the knife so there is excellent retention and we do not use a strap. The molded handle overlay locks the knife into the sheath. Thanks

Thanks!

Can you PM me a pic or a link for the lightning strike finish you're doing? Would love to see it :)

What a bunch of cool sheaths. Its awesome to see the great work on here. Here is a couple ive done.

that knife makes me think Croc Skin. Kinda like Dragon scales in black.
