Sheath Experimentation (pic heavy)

My how things have changed since I started my little shoppe. theres so many good leather craftsment out there now!

Great work Eli!!! The key is not being afraid to try an idea, leather is a forgiving substrate and you can usually force it to your desires.

One way snaps might be an alternative, they can be set up to snap in differing directions so that once snapped they will effectively work against each other under load. Disclaimer: this might not work as its just a picture in my head, and its full of pressure right now from those dang cedars!

ANother beauty Eli!

I have the pleasure of owning three of Eli's sheaths and I am very pleased with them.

A cool idea, the comeback of big knife carry as a modern fashion accessory.

Slipping into some thing a little more comfortable.

Oh This? It's just a little some thing I threw on.

Fat chance on this, but check out a local snowboard shop if there is such a critter. Thinking of a snap cap screw for lack of words that is on my Burton CARTEL bindings that use a phillips head, but the snap cap over it allows me to adjust/tighten/remove the screw without a phillips head. I am at work so no pics, may try tonight to get one but don't know how far along I'll be with my reading. Hope this helps

I am really impressed. That is a great job and great thoughts into it.

Well done Eli!

Now that sounds like you are on to something... I've never snowboarded, but I'm thinking that may be a along the right lines.

But I don't know if we have a local snowboard shop in Huntsville, TX :D

Eli made a special little sheath for me this weekend too! My dad loved it!! Thanks again.
