Sheath for Sure Grip Vanguard

i have an old (early 90's) rubber handled Vanguard, and i have always hated the nylon/plastic sheath. not the materials, just the style, it seems VERY awkwark to get it in and out.

is there a newer version? or a good place to get another one that would fit?
