Will a Spec Ops combat master (Short) work with an RC6?

Not sure, but I do know some of the SpecOps Brand sheaths will work.

Yes
The short Spec-Ops sheath accommodates 6 5/8" of blade.
I jumped in on this even though I don't own a RC-6 because this question has come up before and everyone seems to just go with the larger sheath.
I have a short Spec-Ops for my BK2 and a RAT-7 almost fits in it.
RC-6 specs:
Overall length: 11.75"
Cutting Edge Length: 5.75"
Blade length (end of handle to tip of blade): 6.5"
Blade Width: 1.56"

Brigade QM in Kennesaw, GA. has the short sheaths on sale for 50% off. They had 4 left when I got there. I now have a new sheath for the RC6. The one that came with the knife is now attached to the BOB.

It seems to be just fine so far. I haven't gotten it out in the woods to test it yet, but I'll be sure to post up some pics and a review once I do.
