I was in a pawn shop today and saw a 110 that was in a red sheath. The sheath had BUCK on the flap, 110 on the back and a diamond shaped indentation where a emblem was. Does anyone know what this sheath is? I'm gonna get the knife but am curious about the diamond shaped emblem that's missing.
Also, what style/vintage sheath is the middle one in the photo they're all 110's:

Mitch, I've not seen the 'red' 110 sheath you metion . Your middle sheath above is mfg. after 1986 . I see those fold overs from time to time . DM

There are several 110 look-a-likes.

Perhaps it was a Klein Tools 44037 made in Japan.

There was a look-a-like that had a diamond emblem insert in the wood. Hmmm... who made that one... can't seem to remember. There is discussion from time to time about these on the forums.

I don't know the proper term to use for that style, but they were standard issue Buck sheath's for awhile. They came in several different shades and colors and are my favorite Buck made sheath. I have them for 110's, 112's, 531's and 532's.

I have no idea what the red sheath could be.

I have a more burgundy color sheath, style like Dave's on the right that a 531 came in . DM

Those sheathes were early 90's,they are the nicest looking sheaths made ,except thery are right side carry and i'm a lefty,so i had a couple leftys made up using the original buck flap over sheath as my pattern.I love the old buck script lettering as well!
