Do you guys make your own sheaths? Looking to see the options I will have if I make a knofe. Thanks

I cheat, and send them out. Kydex work goes to Tom Self, and leather goes to Tess Nielsen, both of whom do great work. If you look back though, there's a thread called Leather Making 101 int his forum that has everything you'd ever need to know about making your own leather sheathes. Info on different types of leather, and why certain cuts are better, links to suppliers, links to tutorials, etc.
