What does "Tire droit" (straight pull?) mean in knives? I thought maybe it referred to the corkscrew, but I see one without a corkscrew there.There 's at least twiceas much with different handles - all carbon- :thumbup:
These patterns are quite neglected and there are not too many cutlers making them. Personally I dig the gouttière, but could not bite the bullet because imho the ugly peasant's face on Gilles Reyneweater's Issard Grand'Père series spoils it.
