Shelter Contest Question

Didn't ask anyone to build the F@#$ING shelter for me just wanted to know if it had to be in the "woods" or not. Never seen anyone post up an improvised urban shelter and if I'm going to take the time to do this just want to make sure I'm not going to be disqualified.

Hell at this point don't really care if I'm disqualified or not for building an urban shelter as doing so will be useful skill for me to have, and I'm just going to do anyways.


Knowledge is survival and one of the best ways to learn something by asking questions, another is by doing things. I simply asked a question before doing something.

Why do we always have to asked so many detailed questions? Tony's rules are what they are. Like Adam said, doing something extra won't hurt your chances.

No animosity here bro. Sometimes its hard to interpret what somebody is saying with no audible syntax to go along with it.

If so many questions have to be asked, it seems to me you dont need a shelter if SHTF becuse you WILL NOT SURVIVE!!!!.
How are you going to survive if you need your hand held the whole way along...

Just saw all those yous and took it personally when it appears I shouldn't have.

I'm sure many-a internet forum feuds have been started and fought for this reason, I think everyone would understand each other better and bicker less if we were all talking instead of typing but then we would be as bad a bunch of high school girls all giggling on the phone together.

Dammit, I was gonna beat Guyon in here to see if you were going to the exchange, and then ya'll had to go and make up. Dammit. Figures, the one time I beat THE GUYON in on one of these, and ya'll get over it. Oh, well.

Dammit folks yall have been on this forum long enough to know that the rules are the rules and part of the whole contest is seeing how someone improvises or interprets the rules to do what they want to do. This forum is not a hand holding convention. Im sorry.
