German Shepherds are really good dogs. Here is a picture of my daughters dog Ziva.

Ziva was listed as a Shepherd mix at the shelter where we got her, but all indications and Vet opinions are that she is a pure blooded German Shepherd. Lots of great dogs in shelters and rescues.

Man I want a dog! I just don't have the space (yet) to give it a proper life. German Shepard's are definitely in the top three that I would get. I have a buddy down the street with one and I take him for bi-weekly sprints with me, good times.

Nice. My GSD, Caesar, is turning 13 this month. They are the best dogs IMHO.
