Andy,
Are these pins all the way thru, or just in the wood?
The reason I ask is, is this something that can be done to an existing knife?

If not, is it an option that is available on future orders?

The pins go through the wood only. They aren't needed for strength. Are they available as an option? I'm considering it. If you look extremely closely, the top crossbar pin in the cross is just a bit farther from the center pin than the bettom one. And on top of being a real challenging step, its also very time consuming. It would add $50 at least.
