Hi, how stupid I am not to read this forum complains on this Sheppardcc bad reviews since 10 years ago!!! Anyway, $75 deposit went to him in July 2024 on one Koenig mini scale and it is October! About month ago he show me picture of mine scale and USPS label, I sent him another $75. Month later - no scale. Stay away, what a crap.

Eric's work is top-notch and he's not a scammer. What he is really bad at is delivering on the timeline he promises, making excuses for the delays that don't add up, and then actually taking items to the post office once he creates the label. I've bought a dozen scales from Eric, and I keep telling myself, "never again!" But then I see his new stuff and put myself through the frustration all over again. What I don't do anymore is have him custom make something for me. If I see what I want on his IG and it's available, I'll buy it.
It doesn't help either that his Post Office in Detroit is one of the worst at processing packages after they're dropped off.

I can second this.
Hes a nice guy and does tremendous work..
It's been over 5 years since he did anything for me, and my experience was positive BUT I have seen similar complaints over the years-
Never about the quality of his work, just the timeliness of delivery.

Based on facts past and present, he remains a liar. Statements about workmanship may be true, but nonetheless are enabling someone with a serious problem.
