Before I get started, a HUGE thank you to Garth at the Busse Custom Shop for bringing this piece to life!!! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: He was patient with all of my questions, and made my vision a reality. The Red/Black/Gray G10 is drop-dead sexy, and it turned out just like I had envisioned, which is no small feat.

I was totally stoked for this knife to finally arrive!!! :D :cool: Of course, when I got home from work, my wife conveniently forgot to tell me a box had arrived, a BUSSE box no less... :grumpy:

Anyway, I'll try not to gush too much, but here are her measurements: Blade is 0.272" thick, 11.25" long from tip to handle scales, and weighs 948 grams (33.44 oz). She is a satin finished (of course) full convex grind, and is wearing white lingerie under the hand-smoothed Red/Black/Gray G10 dress, classed up with jeweled rivets. :D She arrived nice and shaving sharp with a BEEFy edge. :eek: ;) Here are her first modeling pictures I took tonight, but I will definitely follow up later once I get some better outdoor shots.

Was the scales an off red batch of Tequila Sunrise or?
 
Sweet. Congrats. Just curious though, why 0.272" thick? Assuming you decided on that thickness.
 
Seems Garth and the boys are moving right along!:thumbup: When did you order this? I am waiting on a .225" ASH-1 and a .225 Boss Jack and I am so damn excited I can hardly contain myself at this point:D
