I would close it Gary. I think we all know who made the knife now that the full picture has been shown. I respect this man and all he has done for us in the traditional forum.

agreed~ hopefully the OP and Vince get it all sorted out on both ends as I'm sure they will.
 
Ok folks. I don't see any reason to keep this open any longer. Everyone has had a say. The OP has his questions answered and is satisfied with the outcome. Thanks for all the thoughtful and well intended comments and responses.
